What is DAELOC?

Why a LibreOffice extension?

LibreOffice is a powerful and free alternative to proprietary office suites.
By building DAELOC as a LibreOffice Calc extension, I wanted to give schools, hobbyists, and researchers a tool for real-time data acquisition — without the cost or lock-in of commercial spreadsheets.

Fixing a black DAELOC window

On Windows, due to a bug in the Skia rendering engine, it can happen that the DAELOC window is almost completely black.

If this is the case you can fix that by disabling Skia rendering.

Go to Preferences -> LibreOffice -> View and uncheck the 'Use Skia for all rendering' checkbox. You need to restart LibreOffice for the change to take effect.
